⚠️ What happens if you are not present for delivery? 

If you are absent during the courier's first delivery attempt, there will be a second free attempt on the next business day.

⚠️ What happens if you refuse the package?                                             

Should these unpleasant inconveniences occur, DUNYA reserves the right not to accept cash on delivery payments from the same customer. Therefore, from now on, you can only order by paying in advance with PayPal, Postepay, or bank transfer.

⚠️ What happens if you don't enter the house number or enter the wrong one ?

If you forgot to enter the house number in your address or entered it incorrectly, we recommend that you contact our service as soon as possible via email at dunyaarabianscent@gmail.com. We remind you that, if the house number is not entered, we will not be held responsible for a failed delivery.

⚠️ What if you don't receive the package within the expected timeframe?

If 7 business days have passed and you still haven't received your purchase, check the order tracking code on the shipping portal (GLS Italy). For any issues, send us an email at dunyaarabianscent@gmail.com, specifying your first name, last name, and order number. In the email subject, specify "Order Not Received" and we will do our best to help you! In the rare cases where packages are lost, a second order will be resent at our expense.
