Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Here's how it works:

• 📦 The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.

• 📝 To start the process, contact us at DUNYAARABIANSCENT@GMAIL.COM, indicating your order number and reason for the return.

• 🚚 Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

• 💸 Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective items or errors on our part.
